The space available is one large room with entrance door and a door to access hallway leading to separate M and F bathrooms. This room is 487 square feet, approximately 14’6″ wide by 33′ long. The room is furnished with a drinking fountain and a small sink. The outside entrance door is wheelchair-accessible by a long covered ramp from the parking lot. An ideal for yoga, Tai Chi, classroom, or office reception.

The main room leads into three private smaller rooms

Two of the rooms are 206 sqare feet (approx. 14′ x 14′). The third is
252 square feet (approx. 14’6″ x 17′ 6″).

The first and third rooms have two windows each. Middle room has a single window.

All three rooms are ideal for wellness practitioners or as individual office or studio spaces.
